The Philippine Nurses Association California Capitol Chapter (PNAC3) is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our Third Annual Fundraising Gala on November 16, 2025 at District 56 in Elk Grove, CA. The event starts at 5:00pm until 10:00pm.
The 2025 PNAC3 Fundraising Gala will benefit future local and international projects to advance nursing education, scholarship, community service, and our DEI work. We invite you to support our Association through tax-deductible ticket purchase, sponsorship, raffle gift, and/or donation of auction item.

Important information when buying your tickets:
- Once in the Zeffy page, select the type and number of tickets to purchase.
- When asked to add a contribution to Zeffy, please select OTHER, and enter $0 to contributions if you don’t wish to donate to the platform.
- Then proceed with your payment method.
- If purchasing multiple tickets, please indicate the names of all the attendees in your group so we can seat you together.
SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES:
All our sponsorship packages include marketing tables inside the ballroom, acknowledgement during the event, and dinner tickets. Additional dinner tickets can be purchased at a discounted rate of $110 each. All sponsors will have their logos featured in all PNAC3 Gala promotional advertisements, including our social media platforms, website, and newsletters.
- Diamond Level – $2,500 with 8 dinner tickets
- Gold Level – $2,000 with 6 dinner tickets
- Silver Level – $1,500 with 4 dinner tickets
- Bronze Level – $1,000 with 2 dinner tickets
- Friends of PNAC3 Sponsorship – $800 with 1 dinner ticket

Venue & parking:
- District 56, Elk Grove
- Address: 8230 Civic Center Dr, Elk Grove, CA 95757-6453
- Parking lot will be open and free to all attendees.
Attire:
- This is a formal event requiring formal attire.
- Traditional Philippine formal wear called Filipiniana for ladies and Barong for gentlemen are highly encouraged but NOT required.

Registration:
- Please arrive by 5:00pm for registration, professional photos from our official photographer, fun photos in our photobooth, and a chance to meet our amazing sponsors and vendors.
- You don’t need to bring your tickets with you. We will have a list of all the attendees who purchased their tickets and our sponsors.
Alcoholic Beverages: There will be a hosted bar during the event.
- Affordable drink tickets will be sold at the registration table as part of our fundraising campaign. Transactions by card or via Zeffy only. No cash transaction for alcohol is allowed in the venue.
- You will use these tickets to purchase your drinks at the bar.
Cultural Note:
- As part of the traditional Filipino fiesta celebration, a lechon (roasted pig) will be displayed and served during the event.
- This culinary tradition is an important part of Filipino culture and hospitality.
- We share it to celebrate our heritage and community, with utmost respect for the diverse beliefs and values of all our guests.
Toy Drive:
- All guests are encouraged to bring any new, unwrapped toys for ages 3-11.
- These will be donated to National Association of Hispanic Nurses (NAHN)- Sacramento Chapter for a special Dia de Reyes Toy Drive benefiting up to 600 underserved students from Las Palmas Elementary School.
- Your generosity will surely bring smiles to children’s faces and will be sincerely appreciated especially during this holiday season.
