The Philippine Nurses Association California Capitol Chapter (PNAC3) is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our Second Annual Fundraising Gala on December 1st, 2024 at Union Brick by Wedgewood Weddings Roseville. The event starts at 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
The 2024 PNAC3 Fundraising Gala will benefit future local and international projects to advance nursing education, scholarship, community service, and our DEI work. We invite you to support our Association through tax-deductible ticket purchase, sponsorship, raffle gift, and/or donation of auction item.

Important information when buying your tickets:
- Once in the Zeffy page, select the type and number of tickets to purchase.
- When asked to add a contribution to Zeffy, please select OTHER, and enter $0 to contributions if you don’t wish to donate to the platform.
- Then proceed with your payment method.
- If purchasing multiple tickets, a member of our PNAC3 planning committee will reach out to you for the names of attendees in your group so we can seat you together.
EVENT LOGISTICS FOR CONFIRMED GUESTS:
- Venue & parking: Union Brick by Wedgewood Weddings
- Address: 240 Conference Center Dr, Roseville, CA 95678.
- Located slightly behind Lazy Dog Restaurant and near Hyatt Place Hotel.
- It is surrounded with multiple FREE parking spaces and has two entrances.
- Attire: This is a formal event requiring formal attire.
- Formal attire sits between cocktail and black tie on the event dress code scale.
- It’s slightly more elevated than cocktail attire and a touch less dressy than a black-tie event.
- Alcoholic beverages: There will be a hosted bar during the event.
- Affordable drink tickets will be sold at the registration table as part of our fundraising campaign.
- You will use these tickets to purchase your drinks at the bar.
- Toy drive: All guests are encouraged to bring any new, unwrapped toys for ages 3-11.
- These will be donated to National Association of Hispanic Nurses (NAHN)- Sacramento Chapter for a special Dia de Reyes Toy Drive.
- Your generosity will surely bring smiles to children’s faces and will be sincerely appreciated especially during this holiday season.

Unfortunately, our Group Block rates have expired on 10/31/24. However, Hyatt Place Roseville/Sacramento (220 Conference Center Drive, Roseville, CA 95678, USA), which is within the same plaza as the event venue, offered discount codes for our event guests.
